Welcome and thank you for visiting the Hugh Sexey Church of England Middle School website. I hope that it provides you with a flavour of our school and an insight into our core values and beliefs. We are very proud of our school and the progress that our pupils make, both academically, emotionally and socially.

We are a very popular oversubscribed Middle school, attracting many families from outside of our catchment area. This is because parents tell us that they prefer the three-tiered, middle school system and feel it promotes a more effective education for their child.

We are a very busy, friendly learning community, with lots going on. We recognise and understand that children have many abilities, talents and personalities so knowing that each pupil is brilliantly different and that they learn in a multitude of ways our aim is to develop these attributes, raise their expectations and provide the support and challenge that is necessary for lifelong success.
